  1. Reprocess Automation - single rule

    We'd like to get a "Reprocess this automation rule" button next to each single rule, so that we can reprocess one rule without running all of them. We'd like to be able to apply just one rule to current orders without undoing some previous manual work, or in some cases change the order in which they are processed.

  2. Time of Order

    When viewing orders, there is an "Age" column that shows how old an order is, but it would be helpful if it actually read the time of the order. It's kind of silly trying to figure out the math backwards.

    Hey there! We keep the Age column so that users can easily determine if an order has been sitting too long and needs to be shipped, but if you need the order date closer to the front of the columns you can click on the Order Date header and drag it to the front. You can also deselect the Age column entirely if you don’t want to see it- just click Columns at the top right of the screen.

  3. Post Delivery Confirmation Details back to Store

    Sending Delivery Confirmation data back into our stores order details would provide great benefits. We do not consider an order to be complete until the order as been delivered and neither does most banking/credit institutions like PayPal.

    Sending Delivery Confirmation details back into our order details on our store will allow us change the status to Complete. It will also allow us to provide automated follow up emails with customers to ensure that their order meets their needs. We can't send an email asking how their order turned out without first getting confirmation that the order was delivered.

    While we wait for other users to add their votes and comments, can you tell me more about how this would benefit you and what other marketplaces this would assist with?

    There is currently a way to check into your shipments tab and see the check mark next to tracking, confirming that the package has been delivered.

    You can also filter in the “Advanced Search” selection under the search bar in the top right to display only delivered orders.

    Please let us know how else we can look into implementing this feature.
    Any other information you have to add as to what you’re currently doing to get around this and any other constructive comments.

  4. Automate Shipping Method - based on rules

    Automation of the Carrier and Package type is currently only done when the data is pulled in from the online store database. We want to automate the Carrier and Package type after the scale has provided the accurate weight.

    Because we produce custom printed products it is difficult to know the exact weight of the customers order until the order has been packaged for shipping. Selecting the Carrier and package type can lead to errors and adds labor to our process.

    Please apply the rules for automation on carrier and package type selection post weighing.

  5. Back-end Order Links Should Exist for Rakuten

    You already support hot-linking the store-specific order number to the back-end of the marketplace for Amazon and ebay. Possibly others. Rakuten should have this benefit too. There is a reliable URL prefix that just needs the order number appended to it to construct a link. Attached is an example of one of the few places you may see a link.

  6. Allow for automation rules to work on multiple item orders

    Need the ability for the automation rules to see multiple item orders. So you can create logic that IF it includes this SKU and also this SKU it will process these rules. This should be able to be done for as many items in the order.

    The current automation rules do not work well if you have multiple skus that get sold together in a shopping cart.

  8. Multi Package Shipping for Fedex UK

    60% of our orders require more than one box and therefore have to be manually fulfilled.
    Fedex support multi package shipping so please add this to the UK integration.

  9. A4 paper size support for UK users

    Running into problems with shipping label position with integrated label printing. No way of fixing this without A4 paper size support.
    Some great work being done integrating UK shippers but we need other UK specific support..

  10. Requesting placing different logo on label

    We would like to request an option to pick a custom logo specifically on our shipping labels. We currently sell fragile items that can easily be damaged when the package is opened with a blade knife. We currently place "do not open with blade knife" stickers on our packages which is time consuming and costly. If we can change our store logo only on the label with a logo that states "do not open with blade knife" it would speed up our packing process and eliminate customers damaging our items.

    Hey there! Have you looked into creating a custom label message? You can do so in the print settings, then set an Automation Rule to apply a custom field to your orders. The labels will then print out with your message on them. FedEx and UPS will include these messages in different places on their labels, but this would be a good way to avoid having to print a separate sticker.

    And for the Automation Rule, you’ll want to set it up with the criteria being “apply these actions to every order” and the action “Set Custom Field 1” with the text reading “do not open with blade knife”.

    Let us know if that works for you! It is unlikely that we will implement a separate logo for labels with the option to not have that also print on the…

  11. Specify item weight for custom deceleration doesn't exist or working

    For Customs declaration requirements, if we have orders with different items with different weight - the commercial invoice created by SS doesn't actually use the weight that was setup for the product but instead seems to use the package weight and dividing it evenly amount all the items. If there was one item that let's say weighed 20lbs and another item weighed only 1 pound for a total of 21 lbs. SS is inputting both items as weighing 10.50 lbs EACH. This is wrong and should be corrected. Any work around or others having this issue?

  12. LImiting Inventory Permissions by Store

    We have more than one customer's inventory in the system. I would like to give one of my customers a log in so that they can enter manual orders and see their inventory. There is not currently a way for them to only see THEIR inventory, all of the inventory for both customers always shows up. I would like to be able to limit them to only see the inventory in the store that they have access to. Can we make that happen please?

  13. When batch printing, have 4"x6" thermal labels and 8.5"x11" packing slips print in the same order

    We batch print our packing slips and labels at the same time based on our batch picking. We have warehouse locations setup within the product database in anticipation of having labels and packing slips print out following "Warehouse Location a-z". This works fine if orders only contain a single item, and we don't have duplicate SKUs on more than one order.

    My main issue arises with the 60% of my order that contain more than one SKU. When I print packing slips and shipping labels for a batch of orders, the labels and slips do not print out in the…

  15. Amazon Regional/Padded Envelope Options

    Amazon has finally made padded envelopes as well as all regional boxes available as Postal shipping options however the Shipstation API does not support this yet. Can Shipstation please implement this?

  18. New Australian carrier integration - Transdirect

    Are there some new Shipping Providers (Carriers) for Australia planned? Transdirect is someone we have used very successfully - it is Australia's most flexible and well priced aggregated service (No I dont work for them, but they have so many options available locally and internationally)

  20. Integrate postmates and uberrush

    Integrate local couriers like Postmate and UberRush. We use these on occasion but not enough to justify our own integration

    Having within ShipStation would add alot of value for us though.
