Sort Product Categories Alphabetically in the Product Drop-Down Menu
Sort the categories in alphabetical order. Right now they display in some random order, maybe the way they were entered

Print Custom Fields on Order Summary Report
Simply that, print the custom fields for each order, on the Order Summary Report. We make a lot of custom items, of which we put the details in the custom fields. The Order Summary Report is useless, to us, without this info

Customs Code Integration
With more countries requiring custom codes, the onus is on ShipStation to create an algorithm to pull this data from the Marketplace (Shopify, or others), and have it imported into the appropriate text field for use with shipping labels.

Configurable default country
When a shipment comes into ShipStation, if the address doesn't have a country, it is currently defaulted to the USA.
Since our store and customers are all in the UK, this is not useful (and means that we can't use address validation)
[NB: it seems that WooCommerce strips the country from the address when the customer is in the same country as the store, so this can happen quite a lot!]It would be nice to be able to configure the default country within ShipStation for ourselves.

Work with shipping cost data point
Many wholesalers want to know the cost of shipping and ShipStation does not allow this data point to be worked with at all. Please add functionality to work with more data points like shipping cost & order total as field replacements.
As it stands, for accounting reasons there is little to no reason to use ShipStation. Automation for just about anything regarding accounting of orders is just not there. This software is creating more work than it's helping with in many ways when it comes to accounting. The integration with QuickBooks is barely there. Can't do much of anything with…

Pushing calculated rates for specific products to Shopify checkout
We would like to have the ability to push specialized calculated rates for specific items, based on dimensions and weight, from Shipstation to Shopify checkout.
Most of our items use a standard packaging size, but a handful of items are much larger and require a much different shipping rate than what we factored in for our flat rate shipping. We would like to be able to compensate for this.
I would like to be able to set a rule that, if these particular items are added to the cart, then it changes the shipping options at checkout from our flat…

Would love to see ability to assign a certain Shipping Service when a certain item is added to the cart within Shopify.
Creating a way to group "products" so that if a certain product is added to the shopping cart, only certain shipping methods (determined by company) would be available with "real time" shipping costs associated.

Contacting support
It used to be that you could call support directly and recieve immediate help. However, now when you call they redirect you to emailing support. This would be fine if you were able to get in contact with someone directly, however it takes over 24 hours to get a response. When we have issues with labels not being able to print this delays our ability to fulfill our customers orders which reflects poorly on us

notification email to shipping addressee
In our circumstances, it's common to have the Billing and Shipping addressees be two different people. Currently, the shipping confirmation email (with tracking link) only goes to the Billing contact.
We really need to be able to at least cc: it to the Shipping contact, so that she/he knows the order is enroute.
How can we accomplish that?

Select specific shipping dates
I'd like to see an option to deselect certain dates for shipping ie, Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays etc.
We are currently only dispatching on 2 days of the week due to COVID and would like to be able to set the system to only allow shipments to be created for Monday and Thursday of each week (for example).
It would be good to be able to set a "working week" and then add "exceptions" for days when no order dispatch will be available for whatever reason.

OPEN ORDERS DIRECTLY INTO SHIP STATION FROM SHOPIFY TO SAVE TIME SEARCHING FOR AN ORDER
Is there a way from the Shopify orders page to open up the order directly into shipstation? For example when we click "more actions" in shopify we can usually click make shipping label with shippo and it takes us directly into the order without having to search for it to make the label which saves us some time

Sorting "Preset Group" alphabetically
When entering "Shipping Defaults" for an SKU, I should be able to quickly select the profile in the "Preset Group" dropdown menu. Currently group names are randomly sorted. It should be at least alphabetically sorted so I can find what I am looking for.

Automate orders 1 at a time
When changing the weight, value or any settings of an order, it would be good to be able to run automation quickly so that any rules you have in place adjust quickly to that order you've adjusted. You can run automation in the settings but it would be good to do it just for the 1 order.

combine order summary
Please make it so Order Summaries with combined orders print all together. When you combine an order, then print an order summary for a group of orders, the summary will show those orders separately and all over the place still. If they were combined there would be less order 'picking' errors.

How do we automate our confirmation setting to "online" for UPS shipments
We want our UPS confirmation setting to default to "online" instead of delivery. Doing this will avoid an extra $2 fee for UPS shipments and it would eliminate a manual step when we process orders. ShipStation Support hasn't been able to provide an automated method. Does anyone know of a way to do this so that we don't have to manually identify UPS orders and switch the confirmation method to online? The attached image is the place where the switch is made.
We'd like ShipStation to make a change to either allow this area to be included in an automation…

Remember Weight of Shipped Orders
Shipstation should remember the weights of my shipped orders based on SKU and carrier. For example if I ship a B-80-182 and a B-90-345 via USPS that weighs 3 Ounces. The next time that identical order comes in, it should prepopulate the weight field. If I change the weight at a later date, it should update the remembered weight. If I ship the same sku's but via FedEx the weight will be different because I'll use different packaging.
If adding the carrier complicates things too much, I'd be thrilled with remembering the weight based on SKU alone.

Address check on PO box
UPS ground and FedEx ground do not allow shipping to PO boxes. USPS services, SmartPost and SurePost are the only services allowed to ship to PO boxes.
When purchasing a label for a PO Box, ShipStation shouldnt allow a purchase of label that is not with a qualifying address. Only allowed services should be shown as an option to purchase a label1 vote
