    1. Marketplace could update once the label is created.

    2. Customer notification/email is sent once the package hits the mail steam.

    They are currently tied together. We ship Tues-Wed but start printing labels and prepping on Monday. Customers are notified on Monday and start asking questions when the create label option is used.

    We tried the mail steam option and now the orders just stay processing in the marketplace and this causes confusion in the workflow.

    It seems like this could be an easy fix and would be great to have.

  2. There is not sufficient inventory to fulfill this shipment

    Warning message "There is not sufficient inventory to fulfill this shipment" doesn't allow label to be printed. If user elects to not have ShipStation track inventory, why can't the label be printed? This is a huge inconvenience. I'm unable to get a timely response from your support team (have to wait 3 days) and I have to use a backup shipment method. Not good.

    Create a rule to where if the address in line 1 exceeds X number of characters, to move over to address line 2

  4. Scan to Verify and Print

    Once items have been verified from the "Scan to Verify & Print" screen, allow that visibility throughout the whole platform. If items have been verified but the label has not been created, once you exit the "Scan to Verify & Print" screen, it does not show the products were verified if you search for the order instead of scanning the packing slip barcode. Also, allow visibility once the order has shipped. If a customer says they are missing items, you can quickly check to see if it was verified before shipping.

  5. Remove the vote limit from this feedback section

    I am trying to list all the bugs I have found while working on ShipStation, but I ran out of votes. This is a terrible idea to limit the amount of posts that can be created.

    Voting doesn't seem to help, there are plenty of ideas opened 3 years ago that are still open.

  6. Allow label creation of Amazon Prime orders regardless of courier selection

    Shipstation blocks label creation of 'non-approved' couriers. We had a special agreement with Amazon to use another courier for prime orders, but shipstation incorrectly blocked this.

  7. Fix bug where special characters in telephone number field cannot be edited

    If you upload a spreadsheet where the customers phone number has special characters, it successfully imports the orders, but the labels cannot be created because of the special characters in the phone field, you also cannot manually edit them. Any attempt to edit does nothing.

  8. Importing existing orders says "Updated", but doesn't actually update

    If you import a spreadsheets where the order numbers already exist, it says that it has updated the orders, but it hasn't. New data is ignored.

  9. Cannot import the same exported spreadsheet

    If you export a spread sheet, and then try to reimport it, ShipStation doesn't show most of the columns as they have a special character in them. So shipstation exports orders with unsupported characters.

  11. Please offer the USPS package options in the rate browser within an order

    Currently, the rate browser at the top within orders lists the USPS services with package options (i.e. Flat Rate Envelope, Box A, etc.). This feature is not visible when viewing the rate browser within an order. It is much easier to view the package pricing options on one screen versus changing the package type within the order.

    Please offer other USPS postage providers other than Stamps.com/Endicia.
    Their service is terrible, always technical glitches and interruptions.
    They are always making unauthorized charges.
    And they'll shut account down and hold them ******* for money with no warning and no reason.

    There HAS to be a better way to get USPS postage.

  13. Combine orders that are not on the same page.

    We have pre-orders for two different products that customers bought both of. They are unfortunately a month or two apart and not able to be seen on the same page. Would love to be able to see all the orders that can be combined, not just the ones on the same page (max 500).

  14. orders on hold

    Orders that are on hold status in ShipStation can still be packed/scanned and shipped, potentially allowing an order that should not be shipped to get shipped. Would be great to not allow an order that is on hold to get scanned (at scan to verify items stage) or at least receive a warning indicating that order is on hold.

  15. Zapier Triggers and Actions

    Hey Team - Is there any eta on getting more functionality out of the Zapier integration?

    The biggest area I feel is missing right now is just actions. If we could find and update: orders, customers and products through zapier actions I think there would be workarounds for a lot of the other requests that have been mentioned by other users. Is this in the pipeline or not something that you're working towards?

  16. Allow to editing customer's phone when create return label for Amazon

    Amazon add a extension number so can't create return label, and no way to change the phone. always a issue to me.

  17. See estimated delivery dates for Order

    If you have lots of orders (more than 100 say), and you want to check that none will arrive after a specific date, there is no way to query or view the orders by estimated delivery date. It is a one-by-one manual process which not optimal.

  19. Customer Order Exporting

    Shipstation needs a feature that allows you to export customer order data. Since it's deleted after 6 months, there either needs to be an option to export all your customer orders (with their info and notes) or the orders need to be held in the system for much longer than 6 months. I constantly need to check older orders for people and often we had important notes listed as well, which we don't want to loose.

  20. Woocommerce Variation import

    ShipStation needs to integrate with Woocommerce so that order variation AND their SKU/UPC's come thru for order packing and filling. Right now only the "parent" info is imported into SS, and that creates extra work and a high risk of error for the picker and packer.
