Sort orders by Product Sku
Make Product Sku an available column on the orders page. Now that we can map all of our different variation sku's back to 1 Product Sku it would be great if we could sort orders on the Orders page by Product Sku instead of Item Sku(alias)
This is a function you can find in the columns drop down in the top right hand corner, it is called ‘Item SKU’. This will populate in your columns and you can drag and drop as you please. Clicking on Item SKU after it is present in your columns will put them in alphabetical/numerical order.

Is there any update on this? It's weird that we can print the Product SKU on the pick list and the packing slip and the Sales Reports, but the Orders tab will not display the Product SKU.
Our pick list setting says "Use the product SKU rather than the selling channel SKU." But this option is not available for the labels or packing slips. So the orders don't match. Here's an example:
Suppose we have 4 separate orders for the following SKUs: skuA, skuB, skuC, itemC (but itemC is an alias of skuC)
Our pick list will print in this order:
1 x skuA
1 x skuB
2 x skuC
But the labels/packing slips will print in this order:
So now the first item in the pick list does not match the first item to package. And the packing slip for itemC will even say "skuC" as the [Product SKU]
If we could sort order by Product SKU then we can print them in the same order as the packing slip so that the packager has them together.
Basically we have a lot of orders from Amazon. What SS gets are Amazon's ASIN, so I aliased these ASIN to product sku in SS. We use product type and assign to a specific picker in one same warehouse. Let's say When I see Shampoo001, I'll assign to John; when I see Carpet005, I assign to James. So if [product sku] can be shown on Order tab, I can sort by product sku and easily tell who shall I assign to.
Sure. So you guys have Alias Sku and Product Sku in the "Products" tab, however you just have "Sku" in the "Orders" tab which is actual the same as the "Alias Sku" . Currently, there is no way to show the "Product Sku" in the orders tab.
The problem is we have many variations of the same sku, it would make it very easy for us to create label batches if we could sort by the master product sku rather than all the alias skus
