Hey everyone, we have a new integration for QuickBooks Desktop through a third party application called Connex. You can learn about it here: https://www.connexforquickbooks.com/

We will leave this request open since this is not a direct Quickbooks to ShipStation integration.

Hey everybody, just like Joseph said, there is a new integration for those of you running Quickbooks and ShipStation and want to link the two: Cloud Cart Connector. You can find it here: http://appcenter.intuit.com/cloud-cart.

I’ll still leave this request open since this is a third-party application and not a direct integration between ShipStation and Quickbooks.

Hi everybody, I wanted to give you an update on this request.

One of our partners, SoftCookies, has actually made an integration with desktop versions of Quickbooks apps that you can use with ShipStation. Since their app uses our API, however, you will need to be on a Gold plan or higher, and we recommend that you setup a user just for QB. We’ll still keep this request open, but this is an immediate option for those who need it. :)

Hey guys, we had a couple questions come from you about this QB feature request, so I though I’d give you all an update:

1.) Is ShipStation still considering QuickBooks support?
Yes.

2.) If so, where do we stand? When could we expect to see this feature rolled and and available for use?
We’re still investigating potential integrations and avenues with which we can accomplish this, so we don’t have an ETA quite yet.

Keep the information coming; the more details we get, the better decisions we can make. :)

Hi everyone! We are evaluating a potential integration with QuickBooks, and we have a few questions:

1) Are you using the QuickBooks desktop or online version?

2) What type of data would you like to export to Quickbooks? Sales Receipts, Products, Customers? Anything else?

We are trying out ship station now - qbks would be more of a push towards purchasing it.

I'd like to see credit memos from RMAs as well. We use a desktop version currently.

Hello! This is Ron from Bizelo. We have 2 apps that are relevant here:

* eRetail Inventory Management, which has some, but minimal overlap (we do multi-store, multi-location inventory management, but we don't do shipping label printing), and our pick and pack are meant mostly for the warehouse folks. More info on that here: http://eretail.bizelo.com/inventory

* eRetail Accounting Sync: This is a separate app that pushes orders and inventory to and from accounting packages. We are going to be releasing this soon and this will support Quickbooks, Quickbooks online, Freshbooks, and Xero. More info and you can sign up for the beta at http://eretail.bizelo.com/accounting.

I am a little confused looking at their site. Which product do you need? It seems many of their features would be a little redundant when using ShipStation.

Bizelo is actually integrated to ShipStation, you just have to ask for it. You also have to ask Bizelo about QuickBooks - they are both very new and aren't "public" yet.

Is the Bizelo product that works with ShipStation currently on the site? I don't see any mention of it there, but I may be missing it.

You can use a product called "Bizelo", an inventory management application that will be lauching (shortly) an integration to pull orders from QuickBooks and has now interfaced with ShipStation.
