Hi @Andrew--thanks for the update on here. I recommend chatting with our folks here or submitting a support request to make sure the things you're experiencing aren't bugs. After that, you can add your feedback as a new idea here in the product feedback forum and we can start a discussion on it.

There is a LOT of room for improvement with this plugin. Also, most recently, it started appending the customerId to the names being synced (John Doe_123456, for instance). It's a bit inconvenient. Is there anyone I could talk to and provide feedback?

Hey ShipStationers - I've been using shipstation for years. It works really well! However, I was frustrated every month trying to calculate my exact profits. Well, I have go news for everyone. I developed a system that calculates every orders profit/loss. The system shows all your orders, inventory, expenses, products, ability to calculate profits by date range (after seller fees). Shows true profits. This system is geared towards online sellers regardless of the store. Also keep your inventory current regardless of were you sell the item. Lets face it we sell the same item on multiple sites, the system keeps correct inventory regardless which site you sell your item. Also the ability to cut PO's to vendors and receiving the PO into inventory. I'm really excited and we'll be offering this system for a awesome monthly fee. Let me know what you think. This is much better than QB.

Hey, I would suggest an integration with Wave an up and coming FREE cloud-based accounting platform that is becoming very popular. Xero would also be a great idea. QB desktop will be a thing of the past sometime soon...resources should be put into the future :-)

Sorry for saying this, but the Cloud Cart Connector doesn't work well with high-volume shippers. It's not fully furnished, and not user-friendly. And some the major downsides are:
1. Long loading times (It's a two-step process)
Depending on the volume, it takes 20 - 120 minutes to sync from Shipstation to CloudCartConnector and another 20 - 120 minutes to sync from CloudCartConnector to Quickbooks.
2. Crashes when it sync and very hard to keep track which ones imported and didn't.
They have great customer support though. The program just didn't work for us.
We came up with a complex (but better) system that was able to accommodate our large volume order in very efficient manner. But if Shipstation comes up with their own 100% efficient Quickbooks Integration, then we would definitely make the switch.

Hi,
We now have a QuickBooks Desktop integration: https://www.connexforquickbooks.com
It works with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Wholesale and Manufacturing, and Enterprise.

The ability to integrate into the non-cloud offline version of Quickbooks would be nice too.
(Offline version has no additional monthly fees etc) -

Compatability with Quick Books- the tracking number doesn't translate into our Quick Books. We are unable to quickly track packages on our invoices- only by logging into ship station. Is there a way to sync to QB and match the invoice number? If not, this would be GRRRRRREAT.

We use JMA Web Technologies to sync Quickbooks Online. It is the only service we found that works with QBO. ...and it works really, really well.
We are not in anyway affiliated with JMA, but I can't tell you how pleased we were to find a service that actually does the job.
I highly recommend the service to anyone looking to sync Quickbooks and ShipStation.

Any news on this? I tried searching for Bizelo but it looks like they went out of business? I would love for shipstation to have a quickbooks sync! I have premier desktop version.

What's going on with this integration? How many more votes do they need? There are MILLIONS of quickbooks customers and most storefront are compatible with quickbooks and quickbooks online. Shipstation would get a ton more customers as well.

Any update on this integration? Webgility has a solution out there currently but I really don't want to move away from ShipStation. I'm getting to many orders to keep manually entering into QB and it's forcing me to look at other places :(

Looks like a great product except I run my business from the cloud :(
Need QB Online support and that also solves the Mac/PC issue.
Thanks for the update!

For a top priority, the most important thing is to get the invoice or sales receipt (as an option), inventory and customer info into QB. This is pretty straightforward to do.
Payments are not nearly as important. I, and most people, probably accept multiple payment types, and you can add payments for invoices later, as entering payments into QB is easy, once everything else is in there.
Specifically, on Amazon payments, you should have Shipstation push an invoice with the order total into QB. People can then either add the fees individually or monthly to their Amazon Deposit. I would not worry about automatically importing and pushing the fees from Amazon in QB.
From below: 1) I'm on desktop; and 2) Only 1 way into QB (all orders are entered into a cart and never QB directly).

We use BigCommerce, and there is simply no automated way to get customer, product, and order data into QB. The best option seems to be webgility, but then you are paying for a shipping solution as well (and it's expensive), it's windows-only, and it's a standalone app. We'd have to switch from shipstation to webgility to remotely justify the price, something we don't want to do!
Creating sales receipts from orders is the biggest priority, but also want to keep products and customers up to date in QB.
thanks!
