Update Returns Manager so we can administrate which products can be returned/exchanged with administrative approval
Need ability to accept or deny returns based on certain types of products. We customize products and want to have some administration or customer service oversight to which type of customized products we accept for return or exchange.
Not all products require the administration, but some will.
Hi @everyone! Thanks for your input, we’ve added the ability to mark products on your branded returns portal as non-returnable. By default, all products are returnable.

YES. The majority of my products are handmade and custom, so I need the ability to approve a return before a label is sent to the customer. I also need the ability to either charge the customer for a return, or notify them that the reason for their return means that the cost of shipping won’t be covered, and thus a prepaid label is not available to them.

It would be fantastic if ShipStation would add a returns exception in addition to the time limit. Could you please add an exception that allows stores to set a minimum order value to qualify for free return shipping?

A branded, customer facing return portal is a fantastic idea, but it has one fatal flaw:
Please allow certain items to be tagged as "not eligible for return". We have final sale items in our inventory that we would not want to give customers the option to return.
