Order Items Disappearing
When a shipment is made for an order and then that shipment is voided and another one is not made right away the order items disappear from the order. Please see the attached chat transcript for further details. Thank you!

Second this is annoying to have to manually input item under notes if you void the label
I believe that the resolution to this issue would be an IF/ELSE statement that would have to be written into the shipstation script before running the API. If SS has already submitted tracking information to Amazon for a specific order that is still in the awaiting shipment area (due to a voided label) then SS should ignore the order information from Amazon when the API call is made.
