  1. address verification email to customer

    When an address is not verified because an apt/suite number is missing it would be BRILLIANT if shipstation would automatically send the customer an email and ask them for their apt/suite numer.

  3. trackable FedEx FIMS Mailview integration

    Please integrate with FedEx International MailService Mailview with tracking numbers. Shipments through Mailview consist of 2 tracking numbers: one air waybill tracking number trackable through FedEx.com to their sort facility in Chicago. The second tracking looks like this "RE510453344SE".   4. Notification of non moving shipments

    It would be ideal to get a automated message warning us of labels that have been created but there is no activity. This would allow us to fix the problem before the customer even knows about it.

  5. Automatically choose cheapest shipping option

    Is there a way to have the program to pick the cheapest option for shipping? Or to choose the cheapest option from a few different options?
    So, just like I can choose for some marketplaces and rules to choose a certain shipping method, can we do the same for the automation rules? like if it's a certain marketplace, or certain selected rules, then choose cheapest shipping option. Or choose cheapest shipping option from certain shipping options list.

  6. Amazon Buy Shipping API - For Same Day Delivery

    Amazon has just launched a program in majoar metro areas called Same-Day Delivery in conjunction with their new shipping settings and regionalized guaranteed delivery dates.They require that we use Dynamex as the messenger service for same day delivery and they have an API called Buy Shipping API that will allow third parties like ShipStation to display the often very competitive rates and full selection of carriers that are visible to merchants in Amazon Seller Central.     11 Main is Alibaba's US shopping website. I was just accepted as a Merchant. Therefore integration with 11 Main would be big help.

  8. Show Tracking Numbers For Marked As Shipped Orders

    When an order is in a Shipped status and a tracking number exists, the tracking number should be available in the Orders list or the Order Details page.

    It is currently shown on the Order Details page for manual shipments, but not for any fulfillment.

    It should be displayed above Shipping Info even when it was a fulfillment order. There's really no reason for it not to be displayed here.

  9. Custom Label

    It would be great to be able to customize the shipping label. I currently use Endicia's Dazzle, which lets me move the bar code around. This allows us to use our custom designed labels to look phenomenal. If you added this feature, we would be fully sold.

  10. Pull inventory from the API

    Right now inventory is part of the UI so it would be great to expose that functionality to the API as we have multiple products operating on Shipstation as the source of truth.

  11. Large Packages Ship Individually - 1 Label per Package

    I have a bunch of large items that get shipped individually - each box gets its own shipping label.

    I have setup the weights and dims within each product record, along with the default service type, but when I view an order, all the weights just seem to get combined and there is only a single label associated with the order.

    How can I set ShipStation up to recognize that a single order of 4 products will need 4 different labels?

    Seems that a boolean value could be added to each product - for "Ships Individually" or "Cannot be Combined…

  12. Multiple Package Tracking Numbers to Marketplace

    We ship items that ship in their own boxes, so we do multiple packages per order. When the labels are created, ShipStation only sends over a single tracking number to BigCommerce, which when the customer logs in to see their order details, shows only a single tracking number for multiple items. This obviously is not the case - heck, in most cases, that tracking number is not even the MASTER Tracking Number (More of an issue for FedEx then it is for UPS though). It's not uncommon for a customer to have anywhere from 2 to 6 or more packages…

  13. add DYMO 450 Twin Turbo Label Printer

    More options on DYMO printers to utilize. Use DYMO 450 Twin Turbo printer and is not compatible with services offered here, works great with Amazon/Ebay and on Mac OS. And to switch over to ShipStation and not able to use it deters myself and sure others with different label printers

  14. OnTrac shipping option for amazon prime orders

    Amazon recently added OnTrac for Amazon Prime and Seller fulfilled Prime orders. Shipstaion currently has option for UPS, FEDEX and USPS for Amazon Prime shipping options but does NOT have OnTrac! Please add OnTrac as a shipping option!!!

  15. Return Report

    Need a report to be able to see returns by store. So if needed you can bill back the store for the Returns shipping cost. Same report as Shipping cost report but for returns. Sortable the same way.

  17. An attachment feature

    I'd like to see an attachments tab within each ShipStation order--the tab could be located right after the activity tab. On this tab, ShipStation users could upload documents that they'd like to include along with a shipment, namely purchase orders or bills of lading which often need to be included when shipping to retailers. The documents uploaded to the attachments tab could populate in the "Other Forms" tab found on the Label Batches page during the batching process (or perhaps an entirely new tab called "Attachments" could be added to the Label Batches page for the purpose of compiling all…

  19. Bring back ability to control the default state of "Notify Marketplace"

    The new UI does not set this as a default, so we end having orders that appear unfulfilled in our shop event though they were fulfilled because some users forget to check "Notify Marketplace".

    Thanks for bringing this up! After reviewing the classic interface, there is an option to “Check all: Notify Marketplace.” You can do this same action in the current interface by clicking on the blue “Notify Marketplace” header to check all of the boxes.
