  1. Add hermes to the carrier list

    Shipstation offers hermes as a carrier.

    When shipping using hermes it doesn't send this information to the channel, it just says the word "other" back to the channel.

    This needs changing so the carrier name is sent to the channle.

    To see a list of your cases, click on the question mark icon when you’re signed into ShipStation and go to “My Support Cases”.

  2. API Send tracking numbers in batch mode for quick update to all platforms

    When sending tracking number via the API to shipstation we can only send 30 tracking number per hours to Amazon and if you have a lot of them you will be sending them the next day. This will affect your seller account as you will be late on shipping. We should be able to send tracking number in batch mode in order to update a high volume of tracking right away.

  3. Label layout issue with Newgistics

    Not an idea, it is an issue. When shipping with Newgistics and you have a logo on the shipping label the logo is in the lower right corner and it covers up part of the address. It should obviously be in the upper right corner of that box. Can you please make this adjustment so we can have our website logo's work? It is hard to believe that know one else has had this issue. See the attached example. I chatted with tech support and they said I needed to post it here as and idea to fix. Seem odd…

  4. Daily Manifest problems

    Individual shipping manifest docs needs to include the date, tracking numbers of ALL cartons in a multi-carton shipment, not just a parent tracking which is useless on individual cartons, as well as the items shipped. We cannot seem to get the products listed on the manifest as well. even with that option selected.

  5. orders marked as paid

    The majority of our orders come into shipstation marked as "Awaiting Payment". When I click mark as paid to move them to "Awaiting Shipment" they seem to disappear completely. Has anyone else experienced this? Some help on this would be appreciated.

  6. United Kingdom Shippers - APC & DPD

    We would like to see some other UK Carriers on. I believe TNT is in progress, but no date as yet.

    We would like to see APC (a large and well established UK courier), and also DPD (very popular in the UK).

    ShipTheory have something here, but not offering connection to all Cloud Inventory systems (we are with Dear Systems)

  7. Minor Bug - Fulfillment export, file hold wrong generated date (month ahead)

    Just a minor bug, nothing serious.
    When exporting Fulfilment Shipments (zip export) the CSV generated holds the wrong created date.

  8. Rates for UPS Mail Innovations

    I ship a lot will Mail Innovations, but the rates never display, so all my reports on shipping costs are always off. Is it possible to be able to get the Rate info into Shipstation?

    Hey @Marc,
    I did some digging and it looks like we currently don’t have a feedback post about uploading custom rates. Since this is a separate (and great) idea from what you originally posted, I highly recommend creating a new post based around the custom Matrix upload. This will help us keep this idea organized and prepared for later review.

  9. MailChimp integration No longer working

    It seams that after the last few shipstaiton upgrades that the mailchimp integration no longer works. is there an ETA on when this will be addressed?

  10. Unsecure password on Magento extension

    We were notified recently by our hosting company that the Shipstation Accutane extension is not following security protocol. The username / pasword is not encrypted so it displays. This should be fixed by shipstation ASAP.

  11. add images in bulk for the products

    Urgent

    can you insert a column so that we can upload product images in bulk for our products. Right now we are unable to see images against orders that import from Amazon and Walmart.
    This is a big issue because the images help us to identify the orders to avoid errors.

    Thank you for reaching out. To look into why your orders are not importing with the product photos from your marketplace please reach out to our support team. They will be able to look into the order feeds to see why those images are missing.

    As for importing your product images via CSV, you can update the product photos via the ThumbnailUrl import field. Please let us know if you have any questions about this process.

  12. Correct Marketplace Order Number is not importing to Quickbooks

    There is a bug with the Quickbooks sync where it uses the Shipstation order ID for the Quickbooks order number instead of the correct marketplace order number. I think this must be a coding error, not something that was done intentionally (since it makes no sense.) Can you fix this error? It makes it impossible to match orders with the marketplaces.

  13. Add the ability to create a shipping label without postage and shipping service

    Please add the ability to generate a shipping label without postage or carrier information. We sometimes do local deliveries and it would be beneficial to our deliver person and for it to look more professional to have a shipping label attached similar to what is already generated by ShipStation.

  15. we should be able to change the setup of our sidebar, where we can put the buttons and features the way we like it to be, if agree like.

  16. Please allow multiple USPS Accounts

    We have several brands of products that we manage and sell thru SS. Each of them have their own Shopify account or we sell them on ebay. We use the shipping presets and absolutely love them!! However what is missing is the ability to have your preset ALSO be setup to use a specific USPS account. BEcause we have to always prepay the USPS in one single account it is difficult behind the scenes in our accounting department to keep track of how that money was used and allocated for each brand of products.   17. import scheduled ship date from Etsy

    The "Scheduled to ship by" date on Etsy is a crucial to our ability to ship orders out on time. For many shops, some items within a few days of the order date while others must ship within a few weeks.

    It would be very helpful if SS could import this date field into it's "Ship by" column. Then a user could easily filter to view all orders due today, or all orders due this week.

  18. since you have updated your website I can no longer schedule USPS pickups from my iphone. This is a HUGE draw back.

    Need to be able to schedule USPS pickup on iPhone. Why in the world do you have to get on a laptop to do that????

  19. Allow the warehouse location to be added as a field replacement similar to how automation rules work

    It would be great if the warehouse location could be added somewhere else on the packing slip other than under the order header.

  20. order total

    It would be very valuable to be able to have the total value of Orders Awaiting Shipment at the bottom of the Orders page. Knowing the value of all pending shipments or even all shipped orders over a given time period would be awesome and seems kind of common sense for pulling useful data.
