  2. Bring back the interface size options

    It's kind of crazy that ShipStation would remove an integral part of the interface, specifically the interface size options. The font is way too large for me at the current setting. I had my order grid set up to see as much info as possible, and now I can't see it all at a glance.

    The following is the response I received from a support case:

    Hello All,

    We have an issue with orders/shipstation.

    An order with “verification required” on Big C - with no payment made is showing on ShipStation AS PAID. Not good.

    Our Sales team uses “verification required” for quotes mostly, when they haven't confirmed the order yet.

    Orders under “verification required” or awaiting payment should not be released to ShipStation

    As well, custom items, which are “awaiting pick up” - they should not be pulled into ShipStation

    Would be very helpful if ShipStation would support custom statuses.

  5. Order imported at datetime field for exports

    Add order imported at datetime field to exports.

    We currently have an issue where a couple dozen orders were imported more than once. It would be really helpful if we were able to export the order imported at datetime to help debug the issue.

  6. transmitting error

    During the recent AWS outage, the shipping information did not transmit from SS to ChannelAdvisor (and, subsequently the marketplace was never notified that the order was shipped)
    After going back and forth between SS and CA it seems that there is no way to notify your client (us) that this happened with the exception of an erroneously worded error message.

    Could we have email notifications sent whenever there is an issue with CA (or any marketplace) receiving the shipping information?

  7. Is it possible for Shipstation to notify a marketplace like Shopify that an order was Fulfilled by "FBA" instead "shipstation" and only tell

    Is it possible for Shipstation to notify a marketplace like Shopify that an order was Fulfilled by "FBA" instead "shipstation" and only tell the market place "shipstation" when not fulfilled by FBA?

    The attached image highlights the field I'm talking about.

  8. Please move "add to batch" dropdown back to the right hand side.

    The latest update and GUI reshuffle is going to slow us down considerably. On the order detail window, we set the shipping parameters (or select a preset) and then add it to a new or existing batch. You just moved the batch button to be left justified so it's a much larger move. I know, it's nit picky but when you're processing 100+ orders a day, it's probably 15 or more minutes wasted.

    Alternative, make "add to batch" a hot keyable function.

  9. Copy to Clipboard Function Need to be Added to Website like in Mobile App

    Can you add a function to the website similar to how you have it on the mobile app that you can click to add tracking info to your clipboard. I sometimes use Facebook messenger or text on my iMac to send tracking and having to highlight it and hit copy then paste slows it down. I like that feature you added to the mobile app

  10. "Adjust the Order Weight" rule needs to accept negative adjustments

    I would like to be able to use negative numbers to REDUCE the total order weight using the "Adjust the Order Weight" rule.

    For orders with multiple items purchased, the total calculate weight is incorrect and too high because the individual product weights include the packaging weight. Therefore, combining multiple products into one order adds multiple packaging weights.

    I would like to be able to reduce the total order weight to account for the reduced packaging weight for orders with multiple items. For example, "Adjust the Order Weight" by -2oz for orders with total weight >5oz and order quantity >2.

  12. Include USPS Zones as a sorting column in Shipments

    I would like to review previous orders in the Shipments section by USPS zones. We are trying to determine if it would make sense to utilize branded packaging in certain areas, VS using USPS flat rate services.

  13. Need "Your Packaging" Choices in MultiPackage window

    Currently I have setup Packages with predefined dimensions. This works great for selecting which box/container we will use for the label.

    BUT there is no drop down for these choices when it's a multipackage shipment. It'd be great to get that drop down in that window.

  14. Increase the amount of decimal places in prices

    We sell a lot of small items that are priced at quantities smaller than one cent. Such as screws that are priced at $0.045 therefore 1000 of these screws should be $45 but ShipStation truncates the price to 0.04 with a total of 40$ resulting in incorrect packing slips and adding an additional line item to change the order total. This leaves a lot of customers contacting us for clarification which slows down efficiency, I imagine this should be a easy fix.

  15. Add "Category" to Inventory Page

  16. Additional User Restriction: Restrict only to see locations added by them

    If we have 20 or more locations then it is very frustrated for users to select the one they want every time when they ship. So we want shipstation to add restriction such as "Restrict only to see locations added by them".

  17. Product URL Field Replacement

    Please create a Field Replacement that is for Product URL and not just Image URL. It is necessary to get automated product level reviews through TrustPilot.

  18. Packer notation

    We were hoping you could add functionality to ShipStation that would allow you to track who is packing an order via a barcode. For instance, when you scan the ShipStation Barcode and the order comes up, another customizable barcode could be scanned that would add to the internal notes for that order. This string it adds could be customized to a employee ID or name.

  19. Test environment for CSV import

    I'd like to be able to completely delete orders, but since it seems we're not getting that, another option would be to give us a test mode for CSV import. As you know, this usually takes some experimentation. Being able to preview how an imported order looks would go a long way toward solving the problem.

    The best current workflow for you would be to test these CSV import fields in a manual store that you then inactivate. That will hide the orders from view if it doesn’t work as intended. Once you have the kinks worked out in the CSV import process for a given CSV template, you can then use it in your active Manual stores.

  20. Second Internal Notes

    It would be nice to have a 2nd internal notes under Notes in the order management area. This allows us to keep the notes separate from our 1st and 2nd shift. It will be a easy update and fast too.
