  1. The ability to hide SKUs on imported orders for component SKUs

    I would be nice to be able to hide SKUs from imported orders.

    Let me explain my reasoning. Like many other Shipsattion users, we use bundles. The components of the bundles are tracked by our inventory management software...Linnworks. All of our channels orders come into Linnworks and than are exported to ShipStation for shipping. Linnworks can send to ShipStation either the bundle's sku or the bundle sku and its component skus.   2. Rates for UPS Mail Innovations

    I ship a lot will Mail Innovations, but the rates never display, so all my reports on shipping costs are always off. Is it possible to be able to get the Rate info into Shipstation?

    Hey @Marc,
    I did some digging and it looks like we currently don’t have a feedback post about uploading custom rates. Since this is a separate (and great) idea from what you originally posted, I highly recommend creating a new post based around the custom Matrix upload. This will help us keep this idea organized and prepared for later review.

  3. MailChimp integration No longer working

    It seams that after the last few shipstaiton upgrades that the mailchimp integration no longer works. is there an ETA on when this will be addressed?

  4. Unsecure password on Magento extension

    We were notified recently by our hosting company that the Shipstation Accutane extension is not following security protocol. The username / pasword is not encrypted so it displays. This should be fixed by shipstation ASAP.

  5. add images in bulk for the products

    Urgent

    can you insert a column so that we can upload product images in bulk for our products. Right now we are unable to see images against orders that import from Amazon and Walmart.
    This is a big issue because the images help us to identify the orders to avoid errors.

    Thank you for reaching out. To look into why your orders are not importing with the product photos from your marketplace please reach out to our support team. They will be able to look into the order feeds to see why those images are missing.

    As for importing your product images via CSV, you can update the product photos via the ThumbnailUrl import field. Please let us know if you have any questions about this process.

  6. Correct Marketplace Order Number is not importing to Quickbooks

    There is a bug with the Quickbooks sync where it uses the Shipstation order ID for the Quickbooks order number instead of the correct marketplace order number. I think this must be a coding error, not something that was done intentionally (since it makes no sense.) Can you fix this error? It makes it impossible to match orders with the marketplaces.

  7. zapier

    We use the ShipStation Triggers in Zapier quite extensively, but they're missing a key bit of basic order information: Quantity Shipped.

    I can see lots of details about each order in the New Order or Order Shipped Triggers, but neither reports back the total number of items in a given order/shipment.

    This data is available in the ShipStation interface and it's available on reports that are generated from Insights. If there is any way you could amend the Zapier triggers to include Quantity Shipped, that would be immensely helpful to us.

  8. local printer

    I would like to print directly to a local printer which has no wireless/google cloud/ or syncstation access. This would be ideally for a chromebook/box user who has an old printer which wont play nice with google cloud print and cant access syncstation because it is a program rather than something online

  9. Add the ability to create a shipping label without postage and shipping service

    Please add the ability to generate a shipping label without postage or carrier information. We sometimes do local deliveries and it would be beneficial to our deliver person and for it to look more professional to have a shipping label attached similar to what is already generated by ShipStation.

  10. Have Shipstation import "Bill-to" data (name, address, etc)

    Have Shipstation import "Bill-to" data from WooCommerce so that the packing slip can display the name of the person placing the order, in case they differ from the recipient. Would be useful for gifts, interdepartmental ordering, etc.

  11. Order Line Item Level - Custom Information / Comment

    For each order line item, could you please add a field for extra information or comment?

    We do have custom product requirement on demand, and we cannot currently send it over from Order Management system to Shipstation.

    This involves below -
    1. Creating a 'comment' or 'extra info' field in Order Line level
    2. Need API to have this field for Posting Order
    3. This field needs to be displayed in Packing Slip / Invoice.

  12. Shipstation send to Magento Marketplace "Other"as the carrier name (instead of Canada Post)

    Shipstation sending a carrier value of "Other" for all carriers other than USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, which is the intended behavior when it send a shipment notification to Magento. In our case we ship with Canada Post is a carrier that ShipStation supports. When I contact the support of shipstation, they advice me to install the extension "https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/custom-carrier-trackers.html" to be able to add custom carriers on the Magento . but that dont change the information sending by shipstation "Other". I didnt find who to resolve this probleme.

  14. we should be able to change the setup of our sidebar, where we can put the buttons and features the way we like it to be, if agree like.

  16. criteria to measure girth, so we can avoid overcharges from FedEx

    Would like to avoid paying oversize surcharges from FedEx - I feel your software could accommodate this if you added more criteria in the automation rules. I see there are 47 different criteria ranging from # of Items to Warehouse Location. Why not add 1 more?

    I think you should allow us to pick Girth.

    A FedEx Account Executive emailed this me today. "If any one side is greater than 48", it will be assessed an additional handling surcharge of $11. An oversize surcharge of $72.50 would be applied if length plus girth exceeds 130"."

    $72.50 for an oversized package!?

  17. Please allow multiple USPS Accounts

    We have several brands of products that we manage and sell thru SS. Each of them have their own Shopify account or we sell them on ebay. We use the shipping presets and absolutely love them!! However what is missing is the ability to have your preset ALSO be setup to use a specific USPS account. BEcause we have to always prepay the USPS in one single account it is difficult behind the scenes in our accounting department to keep track of how that money was used and allocated for each brand of products.   18. import scheduled ship date from Etsy

    The "Scheduled to ship by" date on Etsy is a crucial to our ability to ship orders out on time. For many shops, some items within a few days of the order date while others must ship within a few weeks.

    It would be very helpful if SS could import this date field into it's "Ship by" column. Then a user could easily filter to view all orders due today, or all orders due this week.

  19. since you have updated your website I can no longer schedule USPS pickups from my iphone. This is a HUGE draw back.

    Need to be able to schedule USPS pickup on iPhone. Why in the world do you have to get on a laptop to do that????

  20. Allow the warehouse location to be added as a field replacement similar to how automation rules work
